Welcome to Strength for Your Mountain Diaries
This is a space of real-life reflections, everyday moments, and honest emotions viewed through a biblical, practical, and inspirational lens.
Life is full of mountains, valleys, and everything in between, and this space was created to share those journeys as they unfold, imperfectly, authentically, and with faith at the center.
I’m glad you’re here. Take a look around, read a few posts, and I hope you leave feeling a little more strengthened for whatever you’re walking through today.
Who am I?
I am a far-from-perfect, sincerely transparent Christian, learning daily to walk in the strength that only the Savior can provide. My journey is not polished or picture-perfect, but it is grounded in grace, growth, and God’s faithfulness through every season.
What are my goals in writing?
My goal is to offer encouragement through everyday life experiences rooted in biblical truth and principle. I believe God speaks in the ordinary moments as much as the extraordinary ones, and I want to share those glimpses of Him in real time.
I also write from a place of testimony. God has carried me through life-altering seasons—some painful, some stretching, all transformative—and those stories matter too. My hope is that by sharing them, someone else will find strength, perspective, and the reminder that they are not walking alone.

This is ME

Why I write?
I write because people need people, and sometimes the right words can feel like breath in a heavy moment. God has given me the gift of putting sentences together—not perfectly, but purposefully—to encourage, strengthen, and remind others they are not alone.
I also write because I’ve had seasons where I wanted to quit. Honestly, I tried. But God wouldn’t let me stay there. He carried me through it all so that I could turn around and help someone else make it through their own mountains.

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your later end."
Jeremiah 29:11
Here is a small snippet
Of my writing
Life can feel indescribable at times. There is always something happening, something pulling for attention, and often far more than I can fully process at once. Even in the middle of overwhelm, frustration, or complete burnout, life still moves forward. And I have to admit, there have been moments when I focused on the wrong things and missed experiences I can never get back.
As a wife, mom, and woman navigating a full and sometimes overwhelming life, I’ve learned that not everything needs to be done right now. The dishes can wait. The house does not have to be perfect. The car can be washed another day. The errands will still be there tomorrow. Many of the things that feel urgent in the moment are often not as pressing as they seem.
So I’ve started asking myself a different question: Am I actually living my life, or just managing it?
Are you enjoying your life right now? Can you pause long enough to notice at least one moment of peace, joy, or gratitude in the middle of everything happening around you?
What is something enjoyable in your life right now? And if it feels hard to answer, take a breath. There are simple ways to begin noticing again.
